From West County Cider, the "Cidre Doux" is juicy, sweet and aromatic. Lightly fermented, it tastes like apples in a glass. This cider is a mix of the many apples in the winery's Catamount Hill Orchard, including Cox's Orange Pippin, Yarlington Mill, Ellis Bitter and Baldwin.
