“In one of the best vintages in Priorat, the 2013 reveals depth, elegance and incipient complexity. This blend of 40% Garnacha (from 80-year-old vines), 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Syrah offers a highly-perfumed bouquet of ripe berries, candied flowers and incense. Juicy, focused and pure, with sappy black raspberry and blueberry flavors. The extremely long, mineral-driven finish reveals silky tannins, and outstanding clarity. A remarkable Clos Mogador. 98 pts.” – Wine Advocate
2014 CLOS ERASMUS Priorat 97 pts. $220
“True to place and vintage, Clos Erasmus is better than ever. There is a little more Syrah in the blend of the 2014, where it reached around 30% to complement the majority of Garnacha. This vintage really blossoms with a mixture of violets, earth, smoky meat and black raspberries. The palate is medium to full-bodied with terrific balance and elegance combined with inner strength. This is simply terrific. 97 pts.” -Wine Advocate

Finishes very long and fresh.
2012 MARISA CUOMO Ravello Rosso Riserva $50
A blend of 50-50 Aglianico and Piedirosso, this beautiful expression does a great job of presenting red berry aromas of cherry and blackberry that are contrasted against marine notes of salt and white mineral. Seamless, long finish.
