ERIC’S World Famous SuperBowl Salsa

5 tomatoes — firm, vine-ripened or plum

1 large onion (”sweet” works well)

2-3 Jalapeno or Serrano peppers, diced

1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste (lots)

Chop tomatoes and onion in a small dice. Add  remaining ingredients and combine well. Serve on chips, tacos, steak, fish, eggs! Enjoy.
